- Licenses are granted on a subscription basis for periods defined at checkout (e.g. **360 days**). - Support is subject to plan limitations (START, SMART, POWER, POWER+). - You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the underlying software code or platform design.
3. GST Compliance Disclaimer
While A TO Z TECH SOLUTION provides extensive features to help you generate GST-compliant e-invoices, e-way bills, and tax ledger sheets, business owners remain legally responsible for ensuring that all tax rate filings, GSTR reports, and records meet active Indian GST guidelines and tax declarations.
4. Service Modifications & Pricing
We reserve the right to alter pricing plans, subscription terms, or feature definitions at our discretion. Any pricing modifications will apply upon the expiration of your current active billing cycle.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for any legal disputes.
